- Orchestrated the total risk transfer, via tender of defense and indemnity, for an insurance client in an offshore case involving several severely injured plaintiffs;
- Obtained the complete dismissal of a plaintiff’s claims, to include claims for damages related to a surgery, through an exception of prescription related to plaintiff’s failure to abide by the Code of Civil Procedure;
- Obtained a complete dismissal, via summary judgment, of a plaintiff’s claims under the Louisiana Products Liability Act based on plaintiff’s failure to establish the manufacturer’s identity;
- Represented skilled nursing facilities against actions covered by the Louisiana Medical Malpractice Act as well as against actions that sound in tort, to include premises liability and hazardous conditions;
- Represented off-shore service, rental, and staffing companies against various maritime and admiralty claims filed in state and federal court; and
