Client story: Medical Review Panel Finds that Client Nursing Home did not Breach the Standard of Care.

Where we started: Plaintiffs alleged at the Complaint stage that the client’s staff failed to timely and properly administer CPR to a dying patient. Our roadmap: The relevant medical records were gathered to show the nursing home staff acted appropriately at all times. The records also proved that the allegations in the Complaint created significant credibility issues for the claimants. Resolution: The Medical Review Panel concluded that the client did not breach the standard of care. As a result, the claimants did not file suit.
