Tiffany has experience representing both multi-million dollar international companies, local businesses and everything in between.  She acted as Corporate Counsel for one of the largest electrical contractors in the United States for approximately eight years, handling both daily legal needs as well as complex commercial litigation. Tiffany rejoined Keogh Cox in January of 2020, having previously been a member of the firm from 2005-2012.  She represents clients in the following areas:
  • General litigation, including contract disputes, personal injury, construction litigation and premises liability
  • Warranty/product liability litigation
  • Complex commercial litigation, including business torts, trade secrets, contract breaches and unfair competition
  • Civil and business litigation
Tiffany also advises clients on business entity formation, corporate structure planning, insurance coverage, construction claims, and contractual indemnity disputes.  She has handled complex matters at both trial and appellate levels, in both state and federal courts.  

Representative Experience:

  • Representation of a global instrumentation corporation in complex business litigation, including civil and federal antitrust actions.
  • Representation of a major electrical contractor in business litigation involving breach of contract and indemnity claims for lost business value and business interruption.
  • Representation of large companies in connection with claims of property damage related to use and misuse of heavy equipment.
  • Representation of service provider in business litigation involving contractual disputes and scope of work issues.
  • Assist large companies in the maintenance and preservation of confidential, proprietary data in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Tiffany also served as an adjunct professor at Louisiana State University, E.J. Ourso School of Business, teaching Business Law. (2012-2014).  She is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts, Texas state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
