Jennifer R. Dietz
Jennifer is a trial attorney whose practice currently focuses on first-party property and hurricane/storm claims with extensive experience and success in early resolution through mediation. Prior to joining Keogh Cox as Partner in 2021, Jennifer split her first decade of experience between 6 years of private practice and 4 years serving the Honorable Richard L. Bourgeois, Jr. at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. In her early years of practice, Jennifer litigated a broad spectrum of disputes, including class actions and multi-district litigation, insurance coverage and defense, securities law, construction law, corporate law, and business contract disputes. Her time with the judiciary was dedicated to co-management of the civil litigation docket, and exclusive management of the Social Security appeals docket.
Jennifer brings a wide range of skills to the firm, including an extensive background in discovery, motion, and appellate practice, oral argument, research and writing, as well as unique experience participating in case management strategies and preparation through successful resolution at the United States Supreme Court.
